Q: What happens on the free call?

It’s a 30-minute conversation about how your business runs and what’s slowing it down. You don’t need to prepare anything. We’ll tell you honestly whether we think we can help and what a sensible first step would be.

Q: What do we get from a Workflow Audit?

We map one process from start to finish, then give you a written plan showing where time is lost, what to fix first and what each fix would cost. The £595 fee comes off any project you go ahead with.

Q: Will we need to buy new software?

Usually not. We start with the tools you already pay for and only suggest something new when it clearly earns its place. If it does, we’ll explain the running cost before you commit.

Q: Which tools do you work with?

We’re tool-agnostic. We often use AI tools and platforms such as Zapier, Make and Airtable, alongside Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power Automate. The choice always comes from the problem, not a supplier relationship.

Q: Who owns what you build?

You do. We build inside your own accounts and leave plain-English notes explaining how everything works, so you’re never locked in to us.

Q: How is the price worked out?

Every project is bespoke, so we quote each one individually after your free call, or after a Workflow Audit for anything more involved. Your quote is free, in writing, and there’s no obligation to go ahead.
